First personality tests appeared in the 1920s. They were commonly used to make the process of personnel selection in the military forces simpler. Nowadays, there are plenty of such tests and their purposes differ from clinical psychology to relationship counseling.
Here at Bright Side, we suggest you take a similar test. All you have to do is answer a simple question after looking at the picture. You don’t have to be considerate, just look and tell us your answer.
How many horses do you see?
Sometimes the way you approach a situation can affect your decisions negatively, and other times it can be useful. Anyhow, perception is important and your assumptions, intuition, and judgment can all help you to make up your mind. Every decision you make reflects on your personality.
If you see only one horse, you’re not very observant and you look at most of the things from the surface. You don’t really get worried about little things and you are one of those people who makes decisions quickly. You believe that we’re all related and everything is part of a larger whole that makes you understand the strength of teamwork. You believe in unity. This makes you a team player and a good leader and you listen to opinions and ideas while giving honest thought to them.
You’re a person with the ability to visualize things beyond their true meaning sometimes. If you bet on something’s success, you make sure you get it done. You have a way of looking at things differently but that doesn’t make you self-centered. You try to keep your facts straight, so it’s hard for anyone to make you believe something that you don’t. You also don’t easily lose debates. You’re a person who believes in hunches and doesn’t care what people think about you.
Between 5 to 10 horses
If you able to see between 5 to 10 horses then you’re a person who takes things seriously and, in every situation, you try to give your best. You’re a perfectionist, you’re very reasonable, and you’re always focused on your duties. You hardly have any difficulty in achieving the goals you’ve set for yourself. However, sometimes you can be a bit sloppy, although it doesn’t really go hand in hand with your perfectionist persona. But it’s okay to be like that sometimes and you might understand this fact already.
You’re a person who likes to be anticipated and waited for and that’s why you like to schedule everything, in order to check off the things you’ve planned. You have no problem repeating things or going back and forth for something, especially when you know it leads to your goals. You’re a person with confidence and you’re sure of yourself most of the time. Sometimes you underestimate things because of this attitude which leads to failures every now and then. Although given your personality, you don’t let these things affect you much and always move on.
11 horses or more
If you can see 11 horses or more then you’re a very observant and detailed person. You have the ability to perceive many things that other people simply cannot. When you have a job to do, you usually go at it thoroughly without missing any details in order to achieve perfection. You make sure everything is the way you want it and that usually causes you to fall behind.
You like to do things in a methodical way following a procedure or set of instructions. You usually get the best results out of your excellence. But remember your attention to detail can be used in other situations, we’ll let you figure out what they are. You’re not a person who is satisfied with a “Yes,” and you believe in going beyond it. Your insistence and desire for perfection usually make you insecure about the results. We advise you to go with the flow and not to take things too seriously.
