Malaika Arora took to Instagram to share a special video in these trying times. The diva often makes headlines for her love for fitness and yoga. In the last couple of days, she has been sharing different types of yoga videos, targeting different health issues. Earlier today she shared a video in which she can be seen practicing Anulom Vilom yoga aasan for healthy lungs.

Malaika shared how everyone should try this out and penned a long note. The diva wrote, “During these tough times, it is very very important to make Pranayama, a part of our daily life and this #MalaikasMoveOfTheWeek let’s do a simple form of Pranayama, Anulom Vilom (Alternate Nostril Breathing Technique) that helps in boosting immunity and improving your lung capacity.”

Malaika concluded, “Start with 6 rounds of Anulom Vilom should be practiced regularly with at least 2 hours of the interval before/after having food. You can go up to 21 rounds.”
